Richard Chandler has been writing, consulting and speaking about natural health and wellness for over 15 years. They own and operate IntegraLife Publishing & Consulting, AcuPolarity Wellness Center and AgeLess Yoga. Prior to that, from 1975 – 1991, Richard did training and consulting in communications and risk management.

In their busy private natural healthcare practice, they work one-to-one with clients to help them resolve their health challenges utilizing Acupressure, Polarity Therapy, Reiki and Therapeutic Massage.

With the weekly yoga classes and private yoga lessons that he teaches, he seeks to integrate breathing and movement with a heightened sense of awareness, so participants can be mindful, relaxed and focused on the present moment.

His writing and publishing credits include being the former editor of ENERGY – Newsletter of the American Polarity Therapy Association, 10 years of monthly articles for the monthly newspaper - St. Cloud Unabridged, authoring 2 books, 9 booklets and a meditation CD. Richard & Bonnett are co-editors of  IntegraLife Publishing & Consulting.
